Zuko examined her for a moment. He thought of the name. Jin... wasn't there an old Fire Nation General Named Kazana... with a daughter named Jin. If so... what was she doing in the Earth Kingdom. Kazana and his Wife died a long time ago. She must be an orphan. But in the Earth Kingdom? A deserter? No... Well... She wasn't really wearing Fire Nation Garments. He sighed... there was no point in hiding it. Whats done was done. He would have to learn to conceal his identity better.
"... uh... Do you want me to come clean?" Zuko said as he scratched his head, "I'm Prince Zuko of the Fire Nation," Zuko said as he removed the Bandanna, revealing his scar, "And you are a Firebender. This finds us in quite a predicament."

"A very bad predicament," Jin said her eyes locking with Zuko's," Jin Kazana would be my full name." Quietly Jin sank onto one knee in respect. True she was a deserter, and not only that she hated her would be home. She wasn't about to let him know that. Her golden eyes slowly met his she wasn't in the mood to insult the Prince. Though, he didn't seem as violent as she had been told he was. More. He seemed very confused. She wasn't going to let him know that she didn't exactly like his position in life for the time being.

"You don't need to bow, I'm not a prince anymore," Zuko said as he started to become more solemn. He had been thinking about the events in Gao Ling for some time. He had come to his decision. He didn't wish to share it with a seemingly loyal Fire Nation Citizen. Especially the orphaned daughter of a General.
"I'm sorry about your father and mother." Zuko said as he looked down, he didn't wish to make eye contact. He had to keep his secret of treason safe until the time was right.

"Even if you aren't a prince you deserve respect," she said rising from the ground," And you need not apologise for my Father and Mother. They died honorably in my opinion." She said watching Zuko almost cautiously. He was still rather nervous, but in complete honesty she was scared of him. He held a lot over her head easily without even knowing it. The odd thing was... Zuko wasn't even making eye contact.
"You don't have to be afraid to look at me, Traitor or no," she said in reference to herself, as she started to turn back to the path her flame re-igniting," I hold nothing against you personally."

"Hmmph... traitor or not. This is where we part ways. I have a certain business to attend to," Zuko said patting his chest were he felt the edges of the letter he received.
"I hope that we will meet again." Zuko said as he gave a two fingered salute as sign of farewell, he began to run along a path. He was heading to a Ghost Town not far from Omashu.

Jin's mouth dropped open slightly as she nodded," Perhaps we will meet again, Prince Zuko. The road to destiny leads manyu places."
Quietly she turned and started to proceed her way through the forest on her way to Ba Sing Se her still lit hand leading the way.
