How to Get a Hold of Me.
There is no hard way to contact me. You can PM me on this site, or you could email me. My email address is not hidden, so all you have to do is click my name to go to my profile and bam! There it is, waiting for you.
Where do I Play? How Long Have I Been Playing?
Oh god. . . It's been a while. I started RP about seven years ago when I started to read the Warriors series. It started as some Warriors RP sites, then it moved to and Inuyasha chat room that slowly turned with Naruto craze. Now I've moved to Pokemon RP sites. I know it's lame, but it's uber fun.
Is it So Impossible to Find This Place?
It was a snowy day and I was sitting at home after school twidling my thumbs as I waited for someone to reply to my threads on my other RP sites and I decided it was time I tried some other RPs out there.
I scoured Google for some fun fantasy role plays and low and behold, the Shoebox! It was advertising a butt load of other Role Play sites and when I did some searching, I found this site! A role-play site based off my favorite Nickelodeon TV show. . . Just begging me to join.

Do I look Familiar To You?
She shouldn't. She quite of my own design. A character that has been running rampant in my head since Book Two with no where to go. Now. . . Now she can finally be born.
Where do I Come From?
She was born and raised in the Fire Nation and there she lived for the majority of her so far short life.
Where am I Right Now?
There is no one place Kassina stays. She travels all over, just for the sake of traveling. She is a wanderer, a nomad, a traveler.
Who do I Work For?
She may have been born to the Fire Nation, but she in no way supports what they are doing. She hates the war and wants nothing more than to help the Avatar end it.
Are the Elements at my Disposal?
She harbors the ability to control fire. Yes, she is a Fire Bender.
Not Many Know my Name.
They call her Kassina. Some call her Kitty, some call her Kass. She doesn’t really care what you call her so long as it isn’t any bad names.
Can You Not Tell by Looking?
She’s a girl, not yet a woman. She is female, but she is not at all a girly girl.
I'm Really Not that Old.
She is sixteen years old. A teenager. Ho boy. Can’t wait for the teen angst.
Break Out Your Measuring Sticks!
She’s about an average height. Maybe a little taller. About five foot six.
What You See is What You Get.
Kassina One
Kassina Two
She has long, dark brown hair that, when in the right lighting, can seem like a firey red. It's got a lot lighter and redder since being outside so often. She has never been seen wearing her hair down: she always wears her scarlet locks up in a messy bun that fans out like feathers. She has three braids that start out at the base of her head and reach down to the small of her back. She sometimes wears an oriental headpiece, but not often. Her braids are tied off with yellow bands.
Her eyes are cat eye shaped—small and narrow that come to subtle points at the tear ducts—and are the common amber color of most Fire Nation people. However, they are more golden than normal. She can always been seen wearing a tiny bit of eye shadow on her eye lids. Her eyebrows are thin and feminine and match the color of her hair.
She has a thin—though not too thin—face that is framed by long bangs that reach a few inches under her tongue. She doesn’t wear much make up, as it takes too much time. She has porcelain skin that is slightly tanned from her days in the outdoors. Her lips are a pale pink color, and her nose is a little small, but it doesn’t look weird.
Her figure is slender and athletic, but she is by no means lacking in curves. Years of traveling and training show in her lean muscles, yet she could hardly be called “ripped.” Just toned. Because she gets a lot of exercise, her weight only fluctuates between 105 and 110. It all depends on how much she gets to eat during her travels.
Kassina only wears one thing when she’s traveling, though she can sometimes be seen wearing different clothes for special occasions. Her normal attire includes a deep red robe that brushes the ground when she walks. It has a deep V-cut collar that is lined with golden fabric. The robe is tied at the top just under her bust by two ropes. It’s loose at the bottom to allow extreme movement for running and fighting, and the sleeves are extremely long—covering her hands—and flare out to allow for easy hiding of several different items.
On her feet she wears a pair of black boots that reach up to just under her knees. They have two-inch high heels, but she has become quite skilled at maneuvering in them. She’s been wearing heels since she left, so she finds no problem with walking or running in them.
Who Am I? Where Do I Come From?
She was born after the war into a wealthy family. However, her father—Sabal— had left for the war before she was born, which is why she hates the war. He never did return, leaving her mother—Arina— to deal with her and her brother alone. Even with the extra cash it wasn’t easy for their mother.
Of course, it wasn’t all bad. Her father had been an important person, so Kassina and her brother—Kaldar—got to hang out with a bunch of cool kids. Every now again they even got to chill with the Fire Lord’s kids! However, that was only on very special occasions or during parties.
After a few years, things got easier on Kassina’s mom. Kaldar left to join the war as well, creating more animosity in Kassina. First the war had claimed her father, and now it was trying to take her brother as well.
During those parties where she got to hang out with the Fire Lord’s children—Zuko and Azula—Kassina became good friends with Ty Lee and developed a crush on the heir. Ty Lee became her ticket into the formerly tight-knit group and even closer to Zuko. The bubbly girl even gave her a few tips about acrobatics.
At the tender age of nine, Kassina learned that she had a talent for Fire Bending. She was no prodigy, but she was a quick study and worked hard and she soon became more than average. She’s not a master, yet, but she definitely has some skill. She’s quite angry that Azula is better than her, even though she had given Kassina a few tips.
However, Kassina knew that eventually, as they got older, her friends—and most of her acquaintances—were going to join the war and help out with the unjust cause. She would have nothing of it, so she decided to leave when she was fourteen to go and travel. On her travels, her greatest ambition is to meet the Avatar.
Let's See What I Have on Me. . .
A couple of small daggers, mostly just for protection.
She carries a small sack with her that she puts almost anything in. Spare cash, random small items, and anything else that she sees the need to carry with her.
This is How I Act. It's What Makes Me, Me.
She’s quite odd. At times she can be very smug and have the air of one that believes themselves to be better than anyone else, but at other times she can be as modest as a little girl. She has mood swings so often that not even her closest friends can predict how she’s going to act about some things.
She abhors violence and would rather not hurt anyone, but at other times—because she is really bad at managing her anger—she herself can turn very violent. However, she barely ever uses her fire bending unless it’s just for practice or she is in a very sticky situation where it is the only way she’s going to get out of trouble.
Overall she is a very nice person who wishes no ill well on anyone. Well, not everyone. She harbors a great dislike for Azula, as she is just not a very nice person and she treats her brother and Ty Lee horribly. She would rather the woman just fall off a cliff somewhere. She has no intense feelings for Mai. She can stand her, but she wouldn’t just hang out with her for no reason.
Kassina has this problem—she can’t always find words to speak with. A lot of people believe she has a stutter, but that’s not the case. She just has a very hard time explaining things—whether it be how to fire bend or how to tie a bow. It’s not that she’s dumb or has a small vocabulary, she just lacks in linguistic and communication skills. However, she has no problem telling people like it is. She doesn’t beat around the bush. If she doesn’t like you, she’s gonna tell you.
The Good Things About Me.
She can fire bend like a fiend, though she isn’t the best out there. Azula can still out-bend her. She’s a little less skilled than Zuko, but she is still pretty darn skilled.
She has pretty average acrobatic skills, though it is no where near the level that Ty Lee is at. She’s been practicing for quite some time and do some basic parkour.
She's pretty good at stabbing people. But who the heck isn't?
The Bad Things About Me.
She can’t swim. Like, at all. She doesn’t even know how to doggy-paddle. It’s quite sad, actually. She can’t swim—and won’t learn to swim—because she is deathly afraid of the water. There is no rhyme or reason for it, she just fears water.
She is blunt to a fault. She creates a lot of enemies with her sharp tongue, and I’m sure they probably don’t like being told they look like cow hippos. For someone who can’t put their thoughts into words, she sure doesn’t know when to shut up.
Cute animals. Yes. Cute animals are her weakness. She will go out of her way to do anything for a cute face. Adorable children, the occasional baby saber-toothed moose-lion. . . She gets into a lot of trouble because there was a cat in danger. No matter what’s going on—she’s being threatened by an avalanche, rockslide, whatever—she will stop what she is doing in order save Foo Foo Cuddlypoofs.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
How Literate Am I?
With a heavy sigh, Kassina leaned against the edge of the ship and rested her cheek on her fist as she looked out at the choppy water. She hates this. So much. However, she needed to use this dumb boat in order to get to her destination-- somewhere far away from the Southern Water Tribe.
She shuddered. Places covered in frozen snow should be quarantined. At least it had been frozen, though. At least she didn't have to do any swimming. She was glad to see the South Pole hadn't had any Water Benders. If she had had to deal with some of those, she probably would have died from a heart attack.
In her traumatic experience, she had completely forgotten why she had gone to the Tribe in the first place. Something about. . . No it was gone. She couldn't remember. She hoped that eventually she would recall it: she didn't want it to come up again and cause her to hurry back there any time soon.
But now she was stuck on this infernal machine, slowly floating along in the middle of an ocean. How easily a wave could rock the hull just right and throw her overboard to die a horrible death.
Clenching her eyes shut, Kassina pushed off the side of the boat and went to sit closer to the center of the ship where it would be harder for her to be thrown into the roiling liquid. She glanced around warily, watching children run around as if they didn't know how easily the sea could claim them. . .
She knew how Fire Nation she looked, and she wished suddenly that she had different clothes. Kassina shook her head. There was nothing to be ashamed or worried about. It wasn't like she was going to start setting things on fire and taking people in to be her slaves. . . But the stares she was getting were unnerving. She choose to ignore them and walked below deck to find something else to do.
