With deliberate and purposeful strides, Hiroto swept through a small corridor and into a fairly sizable room that contained a few grubby looking individuals who were lying in various positions on the floor. His eyebrow rose when a young woman began coughing relentlessly while pulling a blanket tightly about her slight form.
The military man ignored those about him and pulled back a deep crimson curtain to enter what he surmised must be the good doctor’s inner sanctum. “Seems you are busy today, Doctor. I am honored that you have …moved your schedule about to see me.” His tone was low and even sounded somewhat gracious but beneath the subterfuge the two men knew that the General’s presence was not a request but an order.
“Is there a …more isolated location that we can confer ? I would prefer our conversation to be kept to each other if you do not mind.”

((OOC:Please don't change your font color I can't read it I have to highlight it))
Dr. Praaghi was helping another clinic this after noon. His nurses were back at the Hut-on-the-city and he was helping Kang Hao. The Raven Healer was working with a woman with stomach problems when he saw a figure stride through the hall. Sekar got up from his seat and started to invistiage.
When Kang Hao Mentioned for privacy Sekar wondered if he should leave then someone pulled him in. "Ah General, I want you to meet one assitants and dear friends. Sekar Pragghi, he would be most intrigued with your idea, I must go and tend to my patience." And before he was carted away Sekar was left with the General

( :DC: Okay no color change) Lips moving minusculely together in displeasure at the simple insult, Hiroto’s pupils narrowed in on the young man who’d been more less shoved in his direction. There was no doubt that the older doctor’s slight to his position would be seen to in the not too distant future. “Doctor Pragghi. “ He began with a small nod. “It seems your FRIEND has left you to the wolf. “ The General gave a weak smile before heading to the back room with the intention of seeking even greater seclusion . Once within, he turned his focus onto Sekar. “I am here for some information, doctor. The Fire Lord seeks knowledge on the lineage of Benders. We have been told as children that the power of each element was a gift if you will from a god.” At this point, the tall soldier gave a well intentioned pause and shrugged. “How it began is not the greatest of importance but ….how to end..or control if you will.. .those who wield the elements does. Perhaps through breeding.. .or some herb…?” Noticing a bottle filled with a strange amber fluid within a tear shaped bottle, Liang lifted it up to the light and continued, “I’m sure you will answer the call of your Lord and render us your…assistance.” His tone was evenly balanced until he reached the word assistance where the S was held slightly longer before completion.

Sekar followed the General to the back room and smiled at his comment. No better compaion for a wolf then a raven. Thought the doctor as he sat on stool. He listened to Hiroto's comments on bending and the orgins of it. So Ozia wanted to know. Why couldn't he ask the magicians or the alchemists? Why a doctor. No wonder Kang threw him here. Sekar had the finesse to tangle with these kinds of men.
“I’m sure you will answer the call of your Lord and render us your…assistance.”
Sekar sighed and played with his beard. His golded eyes looked at the amber glass jar and and scratched his beaky nose before giving an anwser. "There is no real hard fact on where bending comes from. My parents had diffrent ideas on it. Hikari believed it combination of your past lives and determinds if your could bend or nor not in this life. If you had good life and was bender in past, then you will be bender in the next life. My Father believed only pure and good bloodlines from centuries past have the ablity to bend. Of course both can be disproven or proven it's topic that really goes into a sophic circle if you will." Sekar stood up and took the bottle from the General.
"It's my duty to serve the Fire Lord and I will do all that I can. As for supressing bending all you need to do is block the chi."

‘Finally….’, the General thought releasing the small bit of apothecary. ‘Someone who might have vision.’ “I agree it is a tenuous subject which is normally discussed by philosophers but one with some interesting ….propositions.”
Turning slowly, the ebony haired man continued. “Let's propose that our past lives have led us to hold such an element in our destiny. Why is it that Fire benders breed those who bend fire and not water? Why haven't the air benders been reborn within the other populations? I do believe this would disprove your first notion.” He held his hand upward and a small ball of orange flame flickered within his palm. “And as to those who have lived a good life being a bender in the next…well..let’s just say I doubt that has relevance to myself yet here I am bending fire. “
Meeting the doctor’s focused gaze, he snuffed the fire by closing his hand into a fist. “Now …as to the issue of bloodlines.. I believe this may be closest to the truth. I have a son who was born from the joining of two members of the fire nation who also bends fire like myself…and I have a female child..” The distaste in his voice was clearly evident. “..her mother was from the Southern tribes and she has never shown either water or fire bending abilities. I am interested in learning if breeding with those outside our homeland can put an end to their ability to have children who can bend.”
Hiroto paused for a moment to think on the last of Sekar’s remarks with regards to disrupting chi. He tilted his head before speaking, “ I see the blocking of chi as a beneficial fighting move but it unfortunately only lasts for a brief time and can be easily reversed by another. Let me move quickly to my proposition. The Fire Lord is interested in doing some research on this venue of inherited bending. He has given me his consent to gather talented physicians such as yourself ..to test these theories. We've had an area near the palace cleared out for this study and ….we shall be having a group of Earth bending prisoners made available for you and your contemporaries to test ….of course only if you are interested." The General's voice slid slowly upward.

Sekar watched the general with look moderated interest. He was babbling but then again warriors do that. When they are self rightious and self-importiant the babble. Still it was cute in disturbing sort of way. He wondered if little blabber mouth boys ever ended up again.
The comments he made in his mother's view of bending did have a point but not one he could really aruge with. Sekar was going to point out that genocide was permament and air nomads reincarnating would be possible but diffcult to prove. As long as the bison are still alive so would air bending but most didn't realise that the source of bending is something you have truely preserve, and unfortunatly his people we're rather thick on that.
Sekar eyes widened when Hiroto mentioned his wife and child. Sekar mind began to race. that fool! How dare he sully his blood line like that! If world got out he has a water tribe wife and even progeny! Man will be ruined!? What a stupid fool and telling me about it? Despite his intentions the General didn't know how race pure the inner court was Sekar had some supicions but still. Pulling on his beard again he wondered if this little tibit could be used as blackmail. He could have the General on his knees. Sekar did home the man was wise married another for better breeding. He should have face and killed them both. What a fool.
Sekar chuckled, he tilted his head and looked up at the General with amusment. He was really like big child so proud of himself. Sekar had his hands fold behind his head. "Sure I'm interested I am sure Fire Lord Ozai is going to pay some hefty gold for this experiment. Anyway I accept your endevor." Money makes the world go round and will a boon for his Clinic.

Somewhat put off by the medical man’s cavalier attitude as he stood before him with his hands in a relaxed stance behind his head, Hiroto gave his Lord’s new employee a long intense yet emotionless stare before slightly lowering his head in acknowledgement.
“I am sure the Fire Lord will be satisfied with your decision. Please see that you arrive in a timely manner.” Turning on the ball of his right foot, the military leader made his way to the entranceway. He could almost hear the click of one of his obsidian tiles being placed firmly upon his Pai Cho board.
Turning his head slightly, he gave the other man a parting look, "Good day, Doctor."

Sekar watched the the General leave grateful for stop staring at him. Smirking the doctor couldn't help but wonder if it was divine karma that gave him this oppertunity. Both for the experiment and for the wondrous insight on the General's private life. Oh he was going be a fun pawn.
