How did you find us?: Ignis
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Is He/She a Canon?: No
Nationality: Northern Water Tribe
Location: Northern Earth Kingdom
Alliance: Chief Arknook, Avatar
Is He/She a Bender?: Yes, Waterbender
Character's Name: Luna
Gender: Female
Age: 16
Height: 5' 4''
Appearance:
She usually wears her hair up in a fancy bun so her hair won't get in her face. All of her clothes are blue showing her allegiance to the Water Tribe. Her eyes are deep blue and her skin is a tan. She has mostly heavy cloths due to the fact she has lived at the North Pole her enter life. Now that she is traveling to warmer places her clothes are a lot lighter and she even has some short-sleeved shirts, but still prefers long pants/skirts.
History: Luna lived in a middle-classed family. She never want for anything. Her parents adored her, as she was an only child. She found out she was a waterbender at a young age, but she could only learn healing because of her gender. She advanced quickly through the healing techniques, but once again was held back to her full potential because she was a girl. Luna's mother taught her all the importance of becoming a young lady and wife. As a child Luna was sheltered and protected from the war. Now that she was a grown woman, she knew about the war and how it was affecting the world. She has heard that the Avatar had returned after a hundred years. She hopes the Avatar will be able to defeat the Fire Lord, but isn't sure if he will as the Fire Nation is nearly victorious in the war.
Luna's life had already been planned out for her. As was normal for every family in the Northern Water Tribe. Her parents had an arranged marriage with a wealthy young man. She didn't like him one bit his name was, Koda. He was arrogant and spoiled, he only thought of himself. She had just turned sixteen and both families were already discussing the day of their wedding. Luna wasn't going to marry Koda, and she wasn't going to let the rest of her life be planned out so she ran away from the Water Tribe. She traveled to the Northern Earth Kingdom. It was still cool here, but she was use to cold weather. She had taken a few waterbending scrolls with her. She has been teaching herself some self-defense and just like with healing she learned quickly. She only knew the very basics enough to get away from a fight although she wants to learn more.
Inventory: A small bag with clothes (light and heavy), food, and waterbending scrolls. She also has a a pouch of water for bending.
Personality: Luna is a shy girl and will do what she can to help anyone. She's kind, honest, and easy to get along with. She is very trustworthy and will do her best to protect or heal anyone. She doesn’t like to fight (she isn't that great at it) and will try to talk her way out of the fight. She likes boys, but she often finds herself nervous around them and gets tongue tied especially if she thinks their cute. She likes to be around friends and family. Although, she does have times when she wants to be alone.
Strengths: A strong healer, she will help anyone even if they are the enemy
Weaknesses: She doesn't fight well, she helps anyone even if they betray her.
Sample Roleplay: Luna went to her room for the night, but she wasn't planning on staying very long. She packed and tried to be quiet as she could so her parents wouldn't hear her. She packed about three outfits, food, and a water pouch she had bought yesterday. She quickly stuffed everything in her small bag. She went to her table and began to write a letter. She wrote to her parents telling them how much didn't want to live here and be controlled and was refusing to marry Koda. She took off her betrothal necklace and laid it across the paper. She listened carefully outside her room as she flung her bag over her shoulder. It sounded like they were all asleep, she silently crept through the house to the outside. Once out she made her way to the docks she was in luck a ship was about to leave for the Earth Kingdom. She pulled her hood up and stowed away on the ship. She kept quiet and hoped she wasn't making a big mistake.
