Taye was dumbfounded by what she had just said, he knew she didnt intentionally insult him... But he was surprized. He looked down at his clothes noticing the dust and other little noticeable things that stood out.
[glow=red,2,300]"Hmm.. i suppose i could use some new clothes."[/glow]
He smirked lightly, looking back up at her he offered a smile.
[glow=red,2,300]"Well, i have to run to get a few things.. If you want we can meet somewhere?"[/glow]
He said, which in fact he just wanted to make sure he looked fine. And put on his other set of clothes, his Water Tribe clothes.

Chantrea nodded lightly. "Sure. There's a clothing shop not too far from here. I can grab you some clothes before we," she paused, blushed a little, "uhm, before we go to, er, dinner." The sun had long since began to set, getting lower and lower in the sky and the moon was peeking in over the high set walls of Omashu.
The teen stepped a little to the side in the direction of the inn. "I'll meet you at the shop in. . . how does half an hour sound?" It would take ten minutes to get to the inn if she walked. Another ten to choose some clothes to change into and another ten to get to the diner.

Taye smiled as he looked at her before nodding
[glow=red,2,300]Ill see you, there then.[/glow]
Turning around he began walking the opposite way of her, he actually had a stable house here in omashu. Though it wasn't to far off. Though he barely used it, he had bought it when he first arrived in the earth kingdom. Upon reaching his house, he opened the door walking in he left the lights off. Simply raising his hand stairs formed, he walked up the stairs to the second floor. entering his room, he punched the wall. A door slid open, it was a closet. Taking out his Dark blue water tribe clothes, he began to change. Removing his shirt, 3 scars were upon his back. Crisscrossed between eachother, he was caught in the Fire Nation attempting to make it back to the earth kingdom not to long ago. The scars were due to whip marks, though he did manage to escape. After he got done changing he went to the bathroom room wetting down his face and hair, even though it was night time. He was still slightly hot, turning around he dried his face off before leaving his room. Walking down the stairs he made sure to remove the stairs after he got off of them.
Eventually 20 minutes had quickly passed, leaving his house he made his way to the store that she wanted to meet at. Leaning against its wall outside he closed his eyes, though it looked like he was looking up at the sky.

After getting to her room, Chantrea began to dig through her bag with the three spirit orbs spinning around her excitedly. Chantrea, going on her first date. Chantrea, going to get her first kiss. Chantrea this, Chantrea that. She wished they would shut up. Growling at them in annoyance, she pulled out some random clothes and began dressing.
Ten minutes later
Chantrea’s hair was pulled back into a half tail. It was almost gray from the angle the light was hitting it, the sheen of silver acting as the highlight on various parts of the locks of hair. Her matching eyes were closed, the lashes long and thick. Her pixie nose was straight with an upwards curve at the very tip. It was rather cute, in her opinion, but she didn’t really care much for appearances. Her lips were a full, pale pink with a slight gleam of dew on them. Her skin was smooth, unmarked by blemishes, a silky cream color. She couldn’t get a tan no matter what, it seemed.
She knew she stood out. Kind of. With her pale skin contrasting so sharply against the inky blackness of her clothing, it was hard not to notice her. She looked like an earth bound spirit.
The high collar of her sleeveless top was thicker than the collars on her other tops. With the weather heating up, it was a bit stifling, but she didn’t mind. She was used to such heat. The top she wore was more of a dress than a shirt. It hugged her body, her hips and chest like it was made for her specifically. The material was a cool, thin fabric that stretched and pinched in places, which she picked at because of the uncomfortable feeling. The item of clothing fanned out limply around her hips, angling down in an arch below her navel. It didn’t end, but the cloth was seemingly separated by a purple strip of fabric that blended out into a short black skirt that was frayed at the ends in repeated elongated triangles. Beneath the skirt, a pair of black leggings led down and acted as tights and socks. Her shoes were heeled, of course, and were held on by four studded straps of leather along her firm calves.
Her hands were half covered by black fingerless gloves. They led to her elbow, straying there. Upon further inspection, the fabric is evenly transparent, though thick enough to not let in the cold, but keep out the heat. Her jacket was a long, deep violet that covered her arms and half of her hands, the color blending nicely with the black she wore. It was zipper closed from the knees to her chest, the black neckline of her top peeking through.
Chantrea rubbed her arms through the coat absently as she walked to the clothing store. The deep purple of her jacket blended into the growing night before the street lamps were lit and she was suddenly at the clothing store. Her jacket was closed, and she would soon buy clothes for Taye. Her heart thumped erratically. She'd be able to design something for someone other than herself for once!! Her bag was strapped against her back and her pan flute was snuggled comfortably inside.
Outside the store, she spotted Taye and smiled as she approached him. "Hey. You ready to get some clean clothes?" Other than the Water Tribe clothes he wore right now.

Taye had been waiting outside leaning against the wall, for a good 15 minutes before she came back out. Opening his eyes slowly when he heard her voice, looking over at her for a moment with a smile.
[glow=red,2,300]"I suppose so"[/glow]
He said before walking up to her waiting for her to lead on. He looked around for a second. He was still trying to figure out where he was going to take her to eat, sighing lightly before following her.

Chantrea practically ran into the clothing store and straight to the black rack. There was a wide variety, but only a few rare people could put together complete outfits that looked good in only a few minutes. She pulled out several shirts before she selected a sleeveless top and tossed it to him. She also grabbed a black jacket.
"Hmm. . ." She rummaged through a rack of pants and picked out a pair that would go good with the top. Tossing those to him as well, she didn't worry about the price. This went on for a few more minutes until she pushed him towards a small room with a long dark curtain over it, weighed down with a bar of lead at the bottom which kept it straight and closed. "Try those on. I'll look for shoes while you're changing."

He followed her into the clothing store heading to the rack with her. He stood just a few feet away, he was just about to talk before getting hit in the fact with a sleeveless shirt. He reaching taking it off his face and throwing it over his shoulder. Just beginning to talk once more he got hit in the face with his jacket and pants. He shrugged giving up on talking only to be ushered into the changing room.
[glow=red,2,300]"Uhh.. ok.."[/glow]
He put the clothes down, using both hands to pull his shirt up and over his head. He was decently built, though the scars he had brought to much pain. He had a 6-pack, mostly from training in earth bending, he had to be strong to use it. Though a scar ran down diagonally across his 6-pack. He picked up the sleeveless shirt she had picked up putting it on. Next came stripping off his pants, though quickly putting the pants on that she had gotten him. Next he put on the jacket, exitting the changing room.
[glow=red,2,300]"Well what do you think"[/glow]

Chantrea turned, a pair of black boots In her arms and a puzzles expression lacing her features. She had her one hand reached out towards a bag he would be able to put his other clothes in once he changed. As her starlit eyes peered at him, she stood straight. She looked him over and walked around him once, checking him from head to toe. She nodded with a small, shy smile.
“You look good! Really good, actually.” She handed him the boots and socks that were stuffed down inside them. “If you like it, we can get that and then be on our way.” She said, almost distractedly. The top hugged his body, outlining the scar she hadn’t noticed before enough that she could see it. It was dull under the top and she wondered how he got it. Reaching up, she straightened the collar of the jacket and ran her fingers through his hair to straighten it, but make it just a little more feathery.
She reached behind her into her bag and pulled out her money pouch. Opening it, she pulled out the correct amount and stowed the rest away back into her bag.

He smiled taking the boots, sitting down on a bench inside of the changing room. putting on the new socks and boots, he stood up. Placing all his clothes in the bag, he looked up at her his eyes meeting hers. He smiled as she ran her hand through his hair to fix it.
[glow=red,2,300]"Well lets go pay.. and we have dinner to goto."[/glow]
He said with a smile, though he had noticed her distracted abit and looking at the scar which could barely be seen but can be seen if looking at his shirt closely. Those memory's he didnt feel like remembering. Though those memorys would stick with him his entire lifetime, The scar infront had been inflicted upon him by a close friend. A Close friend who betrayed him, just for a petty amount of money.
A grin played upon his lips, after dinner he would take her to his favorite spot at night. Though he wasnt going to tell her that untill they actually got there.

Chantrea went and paid for the clothing, her fingers tense. Who'd hurt him? That scar didn't come from a paper cut. She found herself growing angry at whoever it was that had inflicted it upon him. Taye didn't seem like the type of guy who would do something bad enough to get permanently marked like that. Her hands clenched into fists in front of her before she forced them to relax.
Turning and heading back, she waited for him. When he got up and joined her, she walked outside, undoing the front of her jacket to let the cool breeze cool her down. Her cheeks were still flushed pink from her shyness.

He walked outside, next to her. Looking over at her he noticed her cheeks were a flushed pink. Though he said nothing about it, looking around he had finally made up his mind where he was goig to take her to eat. One of his favorite places, walking in the direction of it he looked over his shoulder at her.
[glow=red,2,300]"You looked like you enjoyed picking these clothes out for me."[/glow]
He asked in a low but friendly tone of voice. Taye wasnt the kind of guy to hurt someone on purpose. Though he has been fighting against the Fire Nation Soldiers lately, He wanted to help all the people who needed it. He wanted to get them food and water, though taking these risks would put him in danger anyway. Before they arrived at the shop where they were going to eat, he had to make a small detour to his house.
Entering his house he picked up his backpack slinging it on, a Sheath was strapped onto the back of it but snugged against his back. Leaving the house, they continued down the road.

Chantrea nodded without a seconds hesitation. Her eyes were bright, almost glowing. They appeared a soft azure in the golden fire light from the lamps lining the streets, and were almost mesmerizing to look at. The lighting made her look less pale, and healthier.
"I did, it was fun. I've never been able to shop for someone else before." Not that she had that much time on her hands to give away. As the duo walked side by side, she followed him because she didn't know the way to the diner. They ended up at a home, which she assumed was his, and waited outside for him. When he came out, she noticed instantly the sheath so stealthily hidden against his back, under the backpack he'd adorned. She kept silent, giving no indication that she knew he was carrying a sword.
"What's this place called?" She asked randomly, referring to the unknown place they were heading to.

Taye smiled as he looked over at her, he wasnt going to answer her.. He was going to leave it as a surprize. He had only gotten his backpack and his sword for later on after dinner. There were always drunks who liked to roam around the area he was going to take her. Looking over at her once more
[glow=red,2,300]Its a surprize"[/glow]
He simply said, though 5 minutes later they had arrived. It was an old resturant that was one of the first built in Omashu. To be honest he was surprized it was still around [cant make up a name atm] Opening the door, he allowed her to go in first. He knew the people who worked her smiling at the waitress that led them to a table for two pulling out a chair for her to sit down, once she did he pushed it in. Taking a seat across from her, at least he had manners.
[glow=red,2,300]"Order whatever you want."[/glow]

Chantrea managed to keep a straight face when he helped her into her chair. Though she could have easily done it herself, it was still a nice gesture. She offered a smile in appreciation and looked around at the other occupants. Her throat felt hot. Plucking again at the collar, she felt relieved when the cool air brushed her neck, soothing her.
She had never been much of a big eater, so when she ordered, it was small and simple. Just some jasmine tea and a small portion of roast duck, a side of sweet and sour dipping sauce. After ordering, she watched Taye for a moment. Were his eyes always that vibrant? She had a hard time remembering. It had been so long since she'd seen him last that she didn't know if he was originally blue eyed or not.

Taye wasnt going to order much, looking up at the waitress. He smiled slightly
[glow=red,2,300]"Hmm.. Can i get a single steak, well done please."[/glow]
He said before looking over at her, his eyes were still the Bright Icy blue they were when she first saw him. He wasnt sure what to talk about anymore, looking away from her and out the window. He was good while talking during or even before dinner for that matter. He never liked to talk much, especially when he started to get shy.
[glow=red,2,300]"Welll... What to talk about"[/glow]
He said jokingly
